> A tool I’m working on to route GitHub Actions jobs across providers and use their free credits first.

CI providers hand out free credits every month, and most repos never use them because every workflow hardcodes its `runs-on` label. Freelane CI routes each GitHub Actions job to a provider from one config: free credits first, paid capacity after that, with a fallback so a provider outage does not fail the build.

It ships as a CLI (`npx freelane-ci`) that can migrate an existing workflow, and as a GitHub Action that adds a small router job whose outputs feed your jobs' `runs-on` labels. Initial providers: GitHub, Blacksmith, Ubicloud, WarpBuild, and Namespace.

Freelane CI is early open source under the MIT license, on [GitHub](https://github.com/thoughts-on-things/freelane-ci).
